Users experience the micro learning sessions of Login Learning as a part of their normal workday. No new training or workflows are needed to introduce Login Learning to employees.

Users sign into their workstations the same way the do now.

Once a user logs in they see a short learning session composed of a content section and an assessment section. The content section is optional on a session by session basis, if desired only the assessment section can be offered.

Once a user reviews the content section they are presented with a corresponding assessment section. Knowing that questions are following the content will help ensure users fully review the content before proceeding.

By introducing game-like elements Login Learning helps keep employees engaged in the learning experience. A key element is tracking employee progress over time as they work to keep a good score.

Ultimately, all employee activity and assessment data is available to management via admin reporting. A basic overview shows learning health throughout the organization and detailed data is available for export to CSV for more specific anlaysis or regulator reporting.
